Meet the Team

    Jason Stevens (Co-Founder/LCSW)

Therapy is a space where you can explore yourself and all of the intricacies that are you. It is a courageous endeavor that takes vulnerability, transparency, and accountability. Helping people discover more about themselves is work I am deeply passionate about. It’s a privilege to ally with you and help you determine for yourself the next best steps. I enjoy using a mix of modalities and interventions to encourage thoughtful reflection and growth with my clients. This approach is skills-focused and strength-based. I am most interested in what you want for yourself and how you envision therapy can help.

I find people are far more capable and resilient than they realize. My approach to therapy is collaborative, eclectic and person-centered. Whether the challenge stems from experienced trauma, anxiety, depression or conflict within your relationship, skills can be learned to navigate your life circumstance. Relationships make up the core of who we are as human beings and effort is needed to learn skills to communicate, have healthier conflict resolution or rebuild a relationship (with others and self).

Have you ever felt like you're never doing enough or just not good enough? I'm a master's-level social work intern, and I work with people navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, and the weight of a harsh inner critic. I'm especially passionate about supporting teens, young adults, women, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based.I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, and specialized treatment for OCD, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist (English and Mandarin), I bring a multicultural lens to the work and aim to create a space where you feel understood and valued for who you are. Outside of therapy, I recharge by watching shows and movies, spending time in nature, going on walks, and connecting with friends and family.

To me, therapy is most meaningful when people feel comfortable fully expressing themselves. Starting therapy can be overwhelming. It takes courage to be vulnerable, and to open yourself up to another person. My main goal is to hold space for each person, creating a positive environment where each person feels safe to be their authentic selves, without fear of judgement. Therapy is a form of self-care, and each person deserves to feel accepted as they are. I

I am interested in taking a holistic and client-centered approach, using modalities including DBT, CBT, and ACT. I am looking forward to working with adolescents, adults, and couples. This is a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals.

    Ryan Blamires (MSW Intern)

We typically don’t hesitate to take care of our physical health, yet we can be quick to dismiss our mental health needs. I know from personal experience that unmet emotional needs can be a debilitating and disrupting experience. I have a passion for exploring your individuality and what makes you “you.” I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in addressing trauma, faith transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, neurodivergent experiences, and many others. I strive to be adaptive and focus on the issues that feel most relative to you.

I take an empathetic and friendly approach to my therapy style. I want to build a safe space with you where you can feel brave enough to share your needs. I have found in my experience that a client-led therapy session is the most effective! I utilize principles of IFS, CBT, DBT, and ACT to structure our sessions and help you reach your goals.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time binge-watching my favorite shows, exploring nature, and playing and watching sports. I look forward to connecting with you!

I provide a grounded, inclusive space for all clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered using ACT, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches. I specialize in supporting men and veterans who are ready to reconnect with themselves, reclaim identity, heal from trauma, stress, or emotional disconnection, build self-awareness, and develop tools for resilience.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you explore what your healing journey could look like. Wherever you find yourself on this path, I’m here to support you with compassion, curiosity, and care
